The implementation of any electronic or indeed physical security service is only effective if complimented with some form of manned response. We provide the option together with our systems, to provide all our clients with a bespoke service.

Police will not attend alarm call outs unless the Clients Keyholder is in attendance. We recommend that this service is delivered by suitably qualified and approved operatives. Our response teams know what to do and will attend in the shortest time possible. They are trained to deal with all incidents and will aid in the detention of intruders until the police arrive.

We will also ensure that our team respond to the protocols required by our clients in the event of any incident and they will liase with appropriate services to maintain the security and safety of the premises. This can include emergency repairs to effect the same. And attendance for whatever time is necessary.
