Priority Police Response Provided

Intruders were stopped last night from causing damage and theft on a site in Islington, with the aid of new cutting edge Wireless CCTV technology and priority police response. Mulalley had the system installed after a series of incidents damage despite round the clock guards being deployed on the site. The system was installed by Ace Defence and follows a successful trial for Mulalley which saw the system being used on a project in Thamesmead, SE London which had suffered multiple boiler thefts. During the 16 week trial no thefts were reported, showing the system had acted as a great deterrence. On this occasion the system quickly picked up the Intruders within seconds of them entering the site. They were challenged using an external 2 way audio system that allows the monitoring staff to warn off intruders. On being challenged they fled the site. Police were also called to the scene in case they re attended, arriving in minutes. On this occasion they had decamped prior to police attending and the danger was averted.

6 Police Arrests in 3 Weeks

After installing a state of the art wireless CCTV alarm system in the Bristol area for Bovis Homes, 6 thieves have been arrested in a 3 week period. It was anticipated that this site would see high activity because of its locality to a troubled estate. ACE Defence installed a system with a 3 day turnaround. The system quickly started seeing results. Within 24 hrs days 2 youths were caught on the cameras breaking into the compound. Police were called and as they had video evidence of a real time offence, deployed a helicopter and dogs. 2 youths were arrested at the scene, before they had a chance to empty the contents of the show homes. Then on each of the subsequent weekends further groups of youths broke in to steal from the site. Each was again picked up by the cameras and on each occasion police attended and arrested suspects with aerial support. Activity on the site has now seen a rapid decline in incidents, with alternative softer neighbouring sites being targeted.
